Remarks: On the information sheet was a date of 1954, which would indicate the 401/402 version. On the other hand, there is no Mercedes star on the hood, which indicates the 2010 version. This is probably the date of first registration.
In this form it was produced during following years:
1951 Production of the Unimog was transferred to Mercedes, and the designation was changed to 2010. This model is characterized by the absence of a star on the grill, in civilian versions the Unimog logo on the hood. A simple checkered grille, oval, almost round rear lights.
1953 Production of the 2010 model ends and production of the 401 model begins. A Mercedes star appears on the grill. Same simple checkered grill as in Unimog 2010, oval, almost round rear lights.
