Remarks: this electric microcar was created in 1987 by the company El-Trans AS as MiniEl. The company existed until 1988. In 1993 the production was continued by Eltrans89 and in 1995 CityCom. Dates could be not accurate, the sources contradict themselves in this matter. See also CityCom City-El.
